Shower every day
This sounds like common sense, and I’m sure most of us do. However, a reminder doesn’t hurt. Every day we use our bodies and create sweat, dirt and grime that we may or may not see. If you’re so tired that you can’t make it to the shower or bath before bed, then guess what? All of that on your body is getting left where you sleep. Dirt ends up on your pillows and sheets, accumulating every night and possibly causing you to break out.
Use a cleaner that actually cleanses you
Don't settle for a cleanser that just smells good. I personally have sensitive skin and prefer to use a natural cleanser or body soap. One of my go-to options is the Coconut & Charcoal Shea Black Soap. It has a light and sweet orange scent while getting you clean. What’s great about it is that it is gentle enough for you to use on your face and your body. The product is earth grown and hand made so that it can be applied to your skin with confidence.
Wear clean clothes
Make sure you put on clean undergarments and clothes after your shower and before getting into bed. It may make more laundry for you but your skin will definitely appreciate it. All of the effort you put into getting clean will go to waste if you follow up with dirty clothes.
Maybe you already knew these things or possibly just needed a reminder. Whichever it may be, remember to practice these daily. While you’re at it, order some earth grown products that will actually get you clean and leave you smelling great.
