Terms & Conditions
All wholesale applications will be approved based on compatibility, online presence, and location.
Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption must be provided before the first order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse wholesale to businesses without a physical retail location, or for any reason as we deem fit.
Approval
NHCO prohibits the sale of our products on websites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, or any other non-retailer owned websites, including social media pages. Products may not be resold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise. Retailers are asked to only sell our products on their own websites and in person.
Order Minimums
Opening order: $75
Reorder: $50
All products are sold in case packs of 6
Payment & Shipping
We require payment before shipping. Through our website portal, we offer free shipping for orders over $500.
Typically, our turnaround time for wholesale orders is 3-5 business days, but may likely increase during peak seasons, sales, or high volume order periods. We do our best to keep our retailers updated on accurate turnaround times. Expedited orders are subject to a small additional handling fee.

Shipping Issues & Damages
Please report any order errors or damaged products within 3 business days of receipt of order.
If your order arrives damaged, please note any external shipping box damages and email photos of the damaged product and external shipping box if possible.
We want our retailers to be thrilled with their order, so we'll work with you to make it right!
Net-30 Terms
NHCO will consider net-30 terms for retailers that spend $500 or more quarterly, and have built a good relationship with us after at least 3 orders.
We reserve the right to reject terms for any reason.
The net-30 due date is calculated from the date of shipment.
Custom or Private Label Orders
Depending on the details, we may be able to accommodate your custom order! For example, a subscription box company asked if we could package our Get Well Soon shower steamers for them in black foil instead of the standard blue to match their aesthetic.
At this time we do not offer private/white label

We've also partnered with Faire Wholesale and Bulletin to provide an additional way for you to shop wholesale online. You’ll need to create an account on both in order to shop wholesale, but they may offer some desirable terms based on your store.
